Tony is an experienced strategy and corporate development executive with over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning. As the Managing
Director and head of JPMorgan Chase’s corporate development group, he successfully led over $2 billion of acquisitions and divestitures in branch banking, insurance, credit cards, mortgage, asset
management, corporate trust and operating services. Tony has also managed new market expansion, creating new pricing and client segmentation models to achieve greater revenue.
Rich has more than 25 years of experience with financial institutions, most recently at JPMorgan directing strategy and
business development for the Institutional Equities Division and Investment Banking Americas as Managing Director, Office of the Chief Operating Officer. His responsibilities included
acquisition evaluation and implementation, directing large-scale projects and cross-investment bank technology initiatives for CRM and eCommerce. Previously, Rich managed investment banking
relationships with a broad range of financial services firms, completing more than $2 billion of transactions for his clients.
